• 1948: Mario Andreani arrives from Italy in Argentina and establishes a successful construction company.
  • 1986: His sons, after completing their university studies, continue with the construction company but start to gear it towards the oil & gas business.
  • 1990: After accomplishing a joint-venture with Socotherm (Italy), they create Soco-Ril and becomes a major player in the pipe coating business to serve the Argentine oil & gas industry.
  • 1992: Soco-Ril signs a global agreement with Techint Group (today Tenaris, Terniun, Usiminas, Tenova, etc.).
  • 1994: Soco-Ril do Brasil and Soco-Ril de Venezuela are implemented and new state of the art coating plants are built.
  • 1995: GRUPO ANDREANI buy CRM de Mexico and develop a new alliance with Eupec (Mannesmann's subsidiary).
  • 2001: CRM de México is sold to Bredero Shaw, after completing the biggest on shore, offshore pipelines coating in México.
  • 2001/4: Soco-Ril becomes a worldwide leading company in Deep Water Solutions, creating Socotherm Nigeria and Socotherm Angola.
  • 2005: GRUPO ANDREANI sell their participation in Soco-Ril, renamed Socotherm Americas, via Milano Stock Exchange.
  • 2005: GRUPO ANDREANI invest in Agro Business (olive oil, wine) and Tourism & Entertainment (hotels, resorts).
  • 2007: Restoration and Operation of Hotel Guaraní, one of the most emblematic architectural hotels in Asunción, Paraguay.
  • 2010/14: Aleaciones Yguazú created, in partnership with Norwegian global group Elkem, and sign the first contract for electrical energy supply in Paraguay.
  • 2013/14: A new company with new thermal insulation technology for Shale Oil is created (Patagonia Shale Services, PSS).
  • 2016: An alliance with Isoplus GmbH is signed to install the first continuous moulding thermal insulation coating plant for large pipes diameter.
  • 2017: Aleaciones Yguazú, completed its new Ferroalloys plant in Paraguay.
